BIG TONY'S MONEY SAUCE is a unique, rich, tangy, sweet vinegar sauce with a peppery finish. It is all natural and gluten-free. It has no preservatives, MSG, or allergens. This is the first sauce we made, with its roots years before Yeti Mafia came to life, perfected in our home and backyard.  This is 19.5 ounces of pure BBQ magic!
 
Big Tony's Money Sauce has been crafted and perfected by the HunnyBear in our kitchen and backyard for years, long before the ‘Yeti Mafia’ was established.  He was making a mop sauce when he decided to turn the mop into a finishing sauce for ribs and pork.  He added sweetness, richness, and spiciness to the mop, tasted and tinkered until it was something he liked, which evolved into what he called ‘The Tangy Sauce’.  It’s not a mop, not a traditional vinegar sauce, not a pepper sauce, not a sweet sauce, but a combination of all the flavors.
 
When we were getting into Competition BBQ, HunnyBear got away from 'The Tangy Sauce' as he was following the BBQ Crowd. At the last practice cook, days before our first competition, Wifey said, ‘Those ribs are suckypoo… the old recipe is way better’. HunnyBear grumbled, pulled out 'The Tangy Sauce' recipe, and whipped up a batch just before the competition. At the competition, based on old recipes, 'The Tangy Sauce' was applied to the ribs, both in the wrap and as a glaze. The Yeti Mafia BBQ Team was shocked when the ribs received a 5th place call, 2 points from first in our first Competition. Wifey turned to HunnyBear and said... 'I told you that sauce was money.' This caused 'The Tangy Sauce' to become 'The Money Sauce'. It became 'Big Tony's' as Big Tony is the Capo di capi of our stuffed Yeti collection (The Yeti Mafia), and 'The Boss' takes all the credit.
